Many of our customers take advantage of a little piece of equipment commonly referred to as a panic button. This device comes in many shapes and sizes and also comes in hard wired and wireless versions. They can be worn as pendant-style devices or on wrist bands and they can be mounted under counters or desks. When the device is activated, an immediate distress signal is sent to our central station and we dispatch emergency responders immediately. We also program our systems with a duress code that you can use to send us a silent duress signal in the event that you are abducted and instructed to disarm your security system. This special code will disarm your system and send us a signal at the same time instucting us to send the police immediately.
