Can Cunningham monitor anybody’s alarm system?

Yes. We can monitor nearly any security or alarm system installed in your home or business, however, if we cannot, we offer very inexpensive replacement systems.

Is the equipment that you install proprietary?

No. We never install proprietary equipment. In fact, unlike the national security companies, your Cunningham Security systems and equipment are open architecture and may be serviced and monitored by any security business with that capability.

Do I own the equipment that you install?

We never lease the equipment. Once you have paid for your system you own it.

Do your systems offer automatic test timers to confirm that the equipment is functioning properly?

We program our systems to send automatic test timers every week. Our commercial fire alarm systems send automatic test timers daily.

Do you install both home and business systems?

Yes. We are a full-service installation, service, and monitoring company offering systems for all types of structures.

Do you offer free estimates or do you charge a fee that gets credited back to us if we buy a system?

We always offer free estimates with no strings attached.
