Service expectations

So this morning, I took my car in for an oil change. You are thinking what does this have to do with Cunningham Security. Coincidentally, everything.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted politely and professionally. I was made to feel as it was their privilege to have me here. They treated my car with respect and more importantly, they treated me with respect. Fortunately, this was only routine service but I anticipate that I would receive the same treatment for a repair.

It is the same focus that we have at Cunningham Security. Every interaction will be professional and respectful. We are focused on making sure that we are addressing your needs in the most efficient manner.

When you call our office during business hours, you are not sent into a phone tree. We hate them too. A live person answers every call. We will ensure that you are speaking to a member of our staff who can answer your question promptly, providing you with the information that you need.

If you require service, the technician sent to your house will understand the issue and be qualified to correct the problem. He will identify and correct the issue as expediently as possible. We respect that your time is valuable. We will respect your property and pride ourselves on a clean worksite as well and meticulous work that we stand behind.

It is our focus on customer service that truly sets us apart. We value our customers. We take pride in our work to ensure that you have the benefit of a system backed by our local service.
