Does 24/7 monitoring mean every office is open all night?
No. Office hours and alarm monitoring are different. Signals on professionally monitored accounts are handled around the clock; normal office visits, sales appointments and scheduled service occur during applicable office and scheduling hours. On-call technicians are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to deal with emergency service requests.
Should I call before visiting an office?
Yes. Calling ahead helps ensure that the appropriate team member is available. The Portsmouth operations and service office follows a hybrid staffing schedule and receives visitors by appointment.
Does Cunningham serve communities beyond the office cities?
Yes. The addresses above are physical offices, not the limits of Cunningham’s service territory. Cunningham serves customers throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, subject to project scope, licensing, scheduling and service availability.
