Can you work with my existing security or fire alarm system?
In many cases, some existing equipment can be reused. We first review the panel, devices, condition and communication options. For a commercial fire system, have the latest inspection report and any known deficiencies available so we can assess the work before proposing a takeover or upgrade.
How much will my system cost?

Can one company handle my alarm, cameras, access control and fire inspections?
Yes. Cunningham offers these services for homes, businesses and managed properties. We review the equipment and service needs together, including whether existing systems can be supported and whether any parts need to remain separate.
Is alarm monitoring the same as someone watching my cameras?
No. Alarm monitoring, camera viewing and recording, video verification and proactive video monitoring are different services. Tell us whether you want footage to review, alerts, or an operator response so we can explain the appropriate equipment and service plan.
What should I send when I request a quote?
Start with the property location, the type of building and the services you are considering. Let us know about any existing system, planned renovation or deadline. Panel photos and inspection reports can help later, but you do not need a finished equipment list to start the conversation.
