Local offices backed by a field-based service team
You do not need to be located in an office city to work with Cunningham. Our service territory extends across Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with technicians living and working throughout the region.
A technician may dispatch from an office, a home base or a nearby appointment. We assign each call according to proximity, urgency, licensing, system knowledge, required equipment and project scope. That approach helps place the closest appropriately qualified technician on the work.
Office hours and alarm monitoring hours are different. Our offices generally operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; professionally monitored alarm signals are handled around the clock, and Cunningham maintains 24-hour on-call technical coverage for qualifying urgent service needs.

Do you serve cities that are not listed on this page?
Yes. These are physical office locations, not the limits of our service territory. Cunningham works throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, subject to project scope and scheduling.
Is the Portsmouth office open for walk-in visits?
Portsmouth is an active operations and service office, but staffing follows a hybrid schedule. Please call (603) 431-8700 and arrange an appointment before visiting.
Does 24/7 monitoring mean every office is open 24 hours?
No. Office hours and monitoring are different. Alarm signals on professionally monitored accounts are handled around the clock; normal office visits, sales appointments and scheduled service occur during applicable office hours.
