Local roots, with Cunningham since 2015
SOS Home Systems served North Shore customers under former owner Prescott Smith before Cunningham Security acquired the business in 2015. The SOS name is still familiar to customers who have relied on the company for their homes and businesses.
Prescott Smith no longer works for SOS. Other original SOS employees remain with the company, bringing their experience and customer relationships to the Cunningham team. Customers can continue to turn to our Topsfield office for help with their systems.
Since the acquisition, we have moved twice within Topsfield. You may remember SOS at 240 Boston Street or 6 Central Avenue. Both are former locations. Our current office is at 375 Boston Street, Topsfield, MA 01983.
Today, SOS customers are supported under the Cunningham Security name. This page brings the company history and current contact information together so that an old SOS label, document or website link still leads you to the right team.
